/>"Making The Band's" O-Town has gone from virtually unknown to virtually overexposed and are scheduled to perform on the live telecast of ABC's "Miss America" on Oct. 14 where they will debut their new single, "Liquid Dreams," during the pageant held at Atlantic City's Convention Hall.

O-Town,comprised of Ashley Parker Angel, Erik-Michael Estrada, Dan Miller, Trevor Penick and Jacob Underwood, was an experiement for ABC, MTV and Lou Pearlman to see if they could create the next boy band. The first season of ABC's "Making The Band" chronicled the journey of forming the band to their first major appearance. Despite lackluster ratings, ABC recently picked up the show for a second season and is expected to premiere midseason and will focus on the recording of the band's first album, tour and creation of their music video along with a new show title. O-Town have signed their first record deal with Clive Davis' new label, J Records and will release "Liquid Dreams," in mid-October followed by the release of their first album by the end of the year. The group recently made a special appearance Oct. 18 on ABC's daytime soap "All My Children" singing their current single "Baby, I Would."
